I am a student in Bangalore. We got Airtel broadband connection at our home four years back. I must appreciate the quality and bandwidth, which is very good. I have a 799 Unlimited plan. There were some stories making round in the market that in unlimited plans, people do not get good speed. But this is not the case. Consistently I get same or better speed as mentioned in the bill plan.
During last four years, I got trouble 3 times when my Internet stopped working. Just the next day after registering complaint, problem was fixed. And the best part was that we didn’t have to pay even a single penny for that. During last visit, service guy even replaced the Landline phone without charding anything.
Airtel is far ahead of competitors like Tikona, Tata Indicom, Reliance and Hathaway. These other companies do not provide the speed that they promise(came to know this from my friends who are using these).
The only problem with Airtel Broadband is that it is not available in many areas. That’s why people have to take connection from other providers.
I really recommend Airtel broadband to everyone.
