I live in SJR Spencers appartment in marathalli, bangalore.
It is the worst possible service I have ever seen. I applied for a connection and was told someone will contact me within 3 days for taking it further. Nobody did. I raised the complaint and followed it for around 1 month 5-6 times. Always got the answer that someone will contact me within 24 hrs. And surprise surprise- nobody did. I raised another request for the connection and this time I asked some contact no where I can all in case nobody contacts me. Again getting no reply I called the no and talked to a guy - Madhuswami (9740990860). After calling him 5-6 times too, he agreed to send someone to collect documents. A very unprofessional guy named Raghunandan (9632047892) came up and got the form filled and received a cheque from me with advance of 1 month. He said, he doesn’t have the receipt for it and will mail me a scanned copy of the same next day. Nothing happened. I called 5-6 times and always got reply that it will be done in few days. I called customer care for the same. He put me on hold and talked to someone and told me that there is a technical problem and the application is rejected and I will get money back in 8-10 days!!
AFTER 2 MONTHS waiting, this was the result. I called them after around 6 days to know the status and was told that "YESTERDAY" your application was rejected and you will get the refund back in 8-10 days. Pathetic guys. Total jerks.
