I have been an Airtel broadband customer for about 6 years now. When it works it works well. But lately their cacling sucks! I have been having repeated line and copper issues, which they take 4 to 5 days to repair.
They have been quick to blame trnching activity by others, but I know for a fact that it was just sloppy contractor execution of cabling on the roadside. There has been water ingress and there was loose joints in each case.
Today again it is intermittent and they insist in checking inside the house, when I know again that it is some cabling problem on the roadside junction box.
They have an SLA to repair faults in 4 hours. But they have been taking 4 to 5 days. If my time was not so short, I would have gladly dragged them to court for deficient service.
My advice, use pigeons for mail, instead of depending on morons who know nothing about technology or about SLA commitments.
