Worst customer service

Worst customer derive ever. Raised a relocation request last week. After the committed timeline of 5 working days, I called 121 to know that its on hold bit I didnt get any communication.


Had to spend 1 hour on call and good confirmation that it will be done by EOD. By EOD there was NP update a d again spending 1 hour they directed me to some helpdesk called appellate and they told it will take two days to resolve and disconnected the call when I try to call again the service hours are over and they didn’t bother to call back.


Yesterday morning I call them again and spoke to their so called manager and got commitment that it will be resolved by EOD. Till now no phone call or update. I’m shredding my airtel modem
