Airtel Customer service SUCKS

I have been using Airtel broad band connection. For last 10 days there is no connection and phone line itself is dead, I have been calling them every day and complaining about their service. Till now nobody bothered to come and check the issue or haven’t given any feed back.


They even close the complaint with out verifying whether issue is resolved. Every other day I use to call them and reopen the complaint and they will promise me to resolve the issue in another 24 Hrs. Now almost 240 Hrs have been wasted to resolve the issue.


And I strongly feel that there is no escalation method in their customer service department to resolve the issue.


I tried reaching various officials to resolve the issue. But unfortunately till now the issue has not been resolved.


Airtel may be good brand but definitely not a good service provider. They are good in collecting the bills on time, but not at all good in resolving the issues customer face.


Their customer service department may be good in reminding to about new services………


Pros: decent speed when it is live, but can’t depend


Cons:


1)Poor cust support.


2) Will provide misleading info on issues raised


3) Arrogant reply from CSR


4) No escalation method on unresolved issues.


5) No dead lines on resolving problems


6) Customer has to live on their mercy
