I have been thinking of writing a review for my Airtel broadband connection in Bangalore for quite some time now. I have been using Airtel services for around 2 years now.
And I have to admit, they are good at what they do. I have a 2 Mbps connection with 30 GB limit and have now upgraded to an 8 Mbps connection with 60 GB limit.
Following are my observations.
Pros:
1.Promised speed delivered.
2.Excellent Call center support
3.Quick response to any technical issues.
Here I would like to point out that once due to heavy showers and the wire snapped around 10 PM. I made a call to their customer service and the following day at 8 there was someone fro Airtel to fix the issue at my home.
Cons:
Nothing much to complain about. Except once the adaptor of my modem stopped working. Replaced it as it was out of warranty and everything’s back to normal.
I am surprised to see all the negative reviews in MouthShut. But touchwood, I haven’t had any till now.
