Extremely bad service & support

I will like to share my bad experience on this matter. My Airtel broad band connection was off just four days after installation. I lodged a complaint and got call from customer support team. They ensured verbal solutions only. There was no action for next few days. Then again I called and they informed that my case is open and due to faulty cable they are unable to to give required service.


Just one day later I got mail from Airtel that my 15 GB has been completed. What the hell??? I had no connection for several days and this happened. Is it a joke??? I have downloaded in first few days only about 5 GB, then where is next 10 GB???? I reported the same to them; they said me to call 121 after getting Bill for adjustment.


1 month is over; Still I am living with all such problems. I have registered several complaints and every time I only got verbal confirmation from them. I am really frustrated on their poor service and I will look another one month and if they don’t improve, I am going to terminate this.
