We have a monthly broadband plan of 30gb at the speed of 4mbps. Our maximum monthly usage does not exceed 15gb in any given month.
It never fails to amuse me how 30gb(at new cycle) is there and just gone in as few as sometimes a span of 10 days after which we are stuck with the basic shitty speed. Where do all the gbs disappear to?!
Maybe they want you to upgrade to their higher package hence the tricks. You would expect such shrewd, cunning, scum like behaviour from Non branded companies. You certainly wouldn’t expect this from Airtel.
My sincere request to Airtel.don’t cheat your customers. Or you won’t have any customers left.
