I have been an Airtel Customer for the past eight years. Initially, the service provided by Airtel seemed courteous and quick, but for the past few years their service is pathetic. I had surrendered my Airtel connection for their lack of service and amazingly long turnaround time, which always requires number of follow ups against our request and finally the service request being closed even without the customer not being contacted or intimated for any shortfall at Airtel’s end. It all narrows down for Airtel to be proud to have one million customers, but not one proud Airtel Customer.
Airtel, you really suck, with this kind service you will soon disappear.
