I am living in Subramaniapuram, Trichy-20.I Planned to get Airtel broadband since 2008.Twice to the Airtel office in Trichy the agents said no coverage in subramaniapuram, Trichy. Even I applied online for broadband connection after nearly one month I got a call from Banglore Airtel customer service and they told we are sorry to say we don’t have coverage in your area.Now I opted for Bsnl broadband and I am using it for nearly 1 year.
It is really good.What a use of advertising Airtel broadband fit for only Mobile services.
