I have applied for broad band connection in airtel by agent, he is in annanagar chennai, but after I give cheque he not reply often, I am very suffer from him, and last he told I have resigned from that office, he told lie bcz after one or two months he have adv like bit notice like "call for aitel internet connection".
I don’t know what is he doing. and after that I went to airtel office and complaint, but they also not reply well, I went more then 5 times (totally it will take 3 months) then only they return my cheque. So Airtel is very slow through their support. So people don’t get a connection through an agent.
