I used Airtel Broadband 4 months and those four months are the most horrible 4 momths for me till this date.
Airtel Broadband promise me to serve 2 Mbps speed connection for monthly rental 999 along with Rs 4000/- installation charge which includes high speed(2Mbps) till 15GB, 512 Kbps thereafter which is most expensive and overpriced.
IN my area local cable broadband offers me 2 Mbps constant speed for Unlimited and has a 6 Mbps speed for(1am to 8am) along with 32 Mbps peering speed which is best one for me.
AIRTEL BROADBAND only offers me disadvantages like low PING vale for surfing internet, many times in a day automatically disconnected from Internet their complain and customer service is worst in Kolkata, and last thing their peering speed speed just bad as their Internet plans.
So I cut down Airtel Broadband and use local cable broadband.
I don’t recommend anyone to use Airtel Broadband.
