All problems during installation of the broadband



  • The airtel technician robbed my telephone instrument with force




  • It took 3 complaints to get a technician attend the incomplete installation




  • The billing date was the day when I got a verification call, but the service is not working even 4 days after the verification call, simply arrogant and shameless Airtel!




  • Each complaint was close without attending




  • New complaint had a SLA of 2 days again, frustrating for a new installation request






I have raised(with no hopes) with appellate and with the director level employees on linkedin.
