I submitted my new broadband connection request on 18th Sept by aishwaryasingh23ing 1000 INR advance.
One guy called me and asked me my proof and photo which I provided him immediately.After that for next 10 days nobody has called or contacted me and these guys have just disappeared.
After 10-12 days I contacted the support staff @ appellate.southabts@in.airtel.com and they replied that broadband connection is not feasible at my flat.
Dont know why these guys do time-pass when they can not provide connection. Total pathetic service. I am currently on BSNL and will be continue with the same.
Airtel is really horrible. Just aishwaryasingh23 them when you get first your connection installed/configured.else they just do time pass.
