Poor Network and horrible customer service

I had Airtel broadband connection in Sarjapura Road Bangalore for which I had paid upfront for 3 months in advance. I was never satisfied with the connection as there were frequent outages in my area and sometimes for days together. The connection was always down during weekdends, I had raised several complains and always I used to get recorded IVR message. I raised a request for disconnection after 2 months of perpetual suffering. I received an email dated 21 Aug 2018 that I will receive 1780 RS as refund within 45 days. Now after waiting for over 60 days I have still not received any refund, instead I received an email that I have an outstanding balance of 1200 RS . They had never cancelled my connection in first place.I have been calling regularly and till date I have not received my refund, they are asking me to wait for another 45 days and that I will only get 850 RS refund as they did not disconnected. Guys never go for Airtel broadband at least in Bangalore, it’s the worst connection and big time thugs
