Airtel has been turning out to be a team of cheapster’s & chawl fellows. Took almost a month for the installation and even after that the wifi wasnt working. After complaining, they said in two days it would be done which never happened. They had taken rs. 800/- initially which after seeing their pathetic service i asked for a cancellation , & after a month they say still some problem in taking cancellation request.
When wrote a mail to their nodal officer they registered a complain and said in 15 days would get my money back which took almost 2 months along with my repeated reminder’s and non sense talks with their cheap staff. .
After cancellation had asked their people to come back & take back the router stuff which took 3 month;s for them to come back & take it that to the people who came were nerd’s & didn’t know also what has happened with the irate customer(me).
I urge strongly to not look for airtel pathetic services which is just a fallacies and wastage of time with those rude outsourced staff not knowing anything from top to bottom. Rather have given a notice & then after 3 months got my money deducting the charge for usage which i never did.
Just beware of these thieves from airtel and go for an ethical company like tata who have people handling people the way it should be !!! A genuine feedback.
