I took the 100 Mbps Airtel broadband plan, but most of the time I hardly get below 5 Mbps speed. Contacting customer support is useless they promise to send a technician, but no one ever comes.
Even the installation was a nightmare. After making the payment, the technicians didnt come for over a week. Finally, I had to go to Jnanabharati Police Station and file a complaint. Only then did the technicians show up to install the router.
The service is pathetic, the customer support team is unhelpful, and the technicians are unreliable. Honestly, this is the worst service provider Ive ever dealt with.
👉 My suggestion: Do not take Airtel broadband. Its a waste of money, time, and energy.
