Hi friends, today I want to share my personal experience for the Airtel Broadband. I started using the Airtel broadband connection when I left hostel, and started staying with my friends. We all decided to take a broadband connection, because of its internet speed. I must say that the Airtel has a good internet speed. We took the plan of 700. It had an internet speed of 4Mbps till 10Gb, and then it was unlimited then, with 512 kbps of speed. After using it for 3 months, we faced lot of issues because of the speed, so we called the executive many times at our home, and every time, they used to fix the speed issue, but after a week, the problem used to happen again. The connection was not at all good. We had the dial up connection, and most of the times the connection used to get weak, and we didn’t get proper speed. The connection was so bad, that we finally decided to remove the connection. The support team was somehow good, they used to speak very nicely over the phone, and handled the problem with patience, but the broadband connection service was very poor.
