I switched from Tata to Airtel after seeing on their site that their rates were much lower, and boy, am I glad I did. These guys are EXCELLENT! I got a Wifi ROUTER for free, INSTALLATION was free, and I pay 3100 for 6 months for 5 FIVE GBs a month! It’s almost unbelievable! It’s only gone down twice, once was fixed after I turned the router off and on, and another time within 2 hours, and even then, was inundated with calls asking me how I was doing.
Oh, and I haven’t even mentioned the best part - IT’S UNLIMITED! As in, you pay for 5 GB at 2 Mbps, but it doesn’t just switch it OFF after that, but falls back to, I think, 256 kbps. Which, as I discovered, is enough for me to listen to my favorite radio station! So - I’m listening to it night and day now, with no worries!

They have some really nice touches too, such as - when you check usage, you don’t have to login with any password or whatever - it automatically detects your IP and takes you to the page. If you go to a domain that doesn’t exist, instead of your browser telling you "site not found", it takes you to a nice, Airtel branded page telling you so! - that must have taken some effort to set up! VERY nice!
All in all, EXCELLENT, I’m very happy, everyone reading this - SIGN UP TO THEM STRAIGHTAWAY!:)
