I am using Airtel Broadband connection for the past three years in Bangalore, till now I never faced any problems with their service. I am really satisfied with the quality of customer service. When first time I had relocated with in Bangalore, they didn’t charged any money to transfer the connection. The best thing is their technical executives, they will come with in one day of raising the complaint and will take the feedback form filled from ourside, but Airtel Digital TV service is very worst, their customer care is very poor, they wont even attend your call some times.
