I had airtel wired broadband service more than 2 years.
Initially started with 25 GB plan 4 MBPS. Then 40GB with 8 MBPS. The plans are getting cheaper every quarter. Now they have a combo plan which allows unlimited local+ STD calls anywhere in India.
Prompt customer service, the SLA normally will be 48 hours.But the service coverage in rural areas are difficult. Plus don’t compare this service with coaxial cable services in terms of speed and cost.
But if you are professional working from home, this is the broadband you want.
