Its a pity that there is no equal competitor

Broadbands as the name suggests is not actually what it means as neither the speed they offer is of exactly what it should be of broadband and quite often one may find their speed geting slower or vanishing away, secondly they do not offer broadband only, as their main motive is to grab market by placing their phones trying to eradicate completely the other landlines. While putting wires in the ground only they had kept the place so messed up that it was difficult to move for days. Many a times the modem gets blocked even for a day or two and gets back automatically or sometimes their men have to be called but I ask who will compensate for the time and the loss of work that got erase due to their sudden disruptions. Their executives will come all of sudden without any notice and they if the actual user of the computer is not there, they have all the potential to make your system a mess. Even on not calling at all a few pulses come from nowhere and everybody have complained that their bills comes quite high. Moreover, they can just add a clip facilty, caller tunes subscriptions etc without asking anyone’s permission and simply charge it to your bill and on requesting for deactivation, they say that they will adjust the reversal of such charge in the next bill which also very uncertain as people may simply forget. I have experienced one thing with them and that is to immediately ask them to pull of your line and they will definitely do solve your problem. I am a person who never keeps anyone’s dues and pay them much before their due dates and neither did I keep any dues for airtel but this time I came to know that they haven’t recieved my cheque at all where as I have deposited the cheque long before its due date in one of their drop boxes which are also not easily accessible. Above all they now want me to make a stop payment which will involve not only loss of my time but a few bucks unnecesary plus I have to now pay the cheque with a penalty if I follow their way. Their wbesite is the worst as to do online payments, I had to go to their office and deposit a form, photgraphs, ids etc and even after that they will not do the needful as they say. When I got their online facility to work by several request I found that even after my bill generation, the site says that no bill has been generated for me. Moreover, I am unable to pay online for quite long. All I could do is to view open my page and place complains to Airtel. After getting transferred abroad, I placed a request to deactivate my account and obtained a cancellation request number also. I paid the bill also which came a month after the deactivation request. They still went on billing me and all of a sudden I came to know that from nowhere I was shifted to a lower plan. Somehow I got this billing thing stopped but they sent a letter to my house saying that they would take me to the court of law and my parents were getting phone calls that I needed to surrender their handset which I never took. My father sent them a nasty letter copying the same to TRAI about this harassment. Maybe due to fear they agreed atlast that I had dues and they stopped fussing. Now I ask everyone who would compensate for the harrasment burdened to us without any mistake on our side. Ray
