I paid 1000 rs for internet connection from airtel, its been more than 10 days and still I did not get the connection.I wasn’t even confirmed if connection will be provided or not. I called customer care numerous times.I some how got the manager number who each time I called said connection will be
Provided in 2 days which never happened, now I don’t know if I’ll get the money back. the manager now stopped picking my call I have also mailed to nodal officer and also to 121 but got no response.
This is how airtel is cheating people in name of providing connection and the executives from airtel are so rude that the manager has shouted at me when I called him and the customer care put me on hold people for 25 mins each time I called.pls don’t ever believe or go for airtel.I have seen a very bad experience with it
