I am using airtel landline number 0120 4287197. My work totally depends on my internet connectivity. I don’t know why airtel people disconnected my number and didn’t informed me. Internet has also been disconnected. After getting in touch with airtel they took a complaint for the same and advised me that connection will up within hr. But it doesn’t work and after they days when I again called customer care they again took a complaint.complaint was made on 25 aug 2011 and SLA was 01 Aug 1130. But nothing happened. Again another complaint was logged on 03 Sep and SLA was 13 Sep, 01 27PM. But again nothing happened. I already spoke to nodal and till the date connection is not working.
I suffered huge loss due to the same and never ever will advise any one to take airtel connection.
