Hello everyone! I have using Airtel Broadband service at last three month, and I’m faced many problem related to there network service and customer care services. I have used this booadband service and got a bad feel and after this I’m share my experience with the help of this review. customer care service of this broadband is very slow and take more time to solved a problem. many time there issue with speed because sometime there there downloading speed is to slow.
I have faced wiring and other issue related to this broadband. I call the customer care and they say to solved the problem in 48 hour. But they consume more time to solved this problem. I found only one good think related to this this broadband is speed of this because I realised it is good to dawnloading. finally I wnat to say they are provided average services.
