On may 1st I tried creating my pack for my airtel pre paid mobile.the first two attempts showed as transaction failed and the third attempt showed as insufficient I was surprised as I had a balance of 649 and my pack was for called up customer care and found out the pack was activated lodged a land they said that the excess amt of 302 would be reimbursed within 24 hrs.but even after 22days and half dozen phone calls and written complaints to customer care nothing has been done so far.a.i think this is some sort of a fraud by airtel.
