Don’t do the mistake I did. I brought airtel 3G dongle thinking that customer service and support is amazing and Airtel would fix the problems. I was wrong. I feel Airtel customer care is only for soothing the customers.. They dont give the medicine for the disease instead they would be saying "everything is gonna be alright"
I called airtel Hyderabad customer care 10 times, reported a problem 10 times and today I am calling them to check for history of complaints on my name and they have none of the complaints attached to my number.. They fooled me.
If you got doubts ask them for complaint number and Airtel will try their best not to give the complaint #. I recommend buy any other Datacard.. Although their customer care might be pathetic but atleast Internet works..
