I have had the worst experience with AIRTEL, I have highlighted below a couple of reasons for one not to take AIRTEL services:
1) No direct contact with CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT even if you go to the gallery your asked to talk over the phone.
2)No records of the customers complaints
3)Even if you speak to the NODAL or APPELATE OFFEICERS there is no response from their end
4)The customer care team is full of rude and unprofessional people
5)They concentrate only on acquiring customers not on retention
6)Till the time I was a customer of AIRTEL I had not received any calls in response to my complaints but ever since I have discontinued the service they have been calling me like everyday
7)I did not receive any letter conferming the cancelation
8)After a month of canceling the service I get a call asking whether I would like to discontinue my service and that there is an additional amount that I need to pay as I had not paid my previous bill
9)After making soooo many complaints I was informed by the technical dept that there was a problem with the hardware and that is why I was unable to access the internet
10)And they still expect me to pay up the amount, they have also sent me a legal notice!
I REQUEST EVERYONE OUT THERE NEVER TO BUY ANY AIRTEL SERVICE
