I Have purchased a data card 3g .the cost of the data card is RS 2500.compare to other brands it is too high.then also I have purchased due to its speed.earlier iam using some other brand which is speed is average.so that only I purchased this.but now iam very disappointed and irritating because, when I connect this in to my laptop.the data is downloading start automatically.i.e., with out browsing it will calculate the data download.only I have open my emails not even download the attachment.before started I was checked the balance using mobile( There is no option to check the balance data in data card) it is shown as 63mb but after disconnected and checked the balance data is 9mb.so they are cheating the customers indirectly.for this I was made call to customer care(toll free) they are given a no.that is payable( For 3 minutes call charge is 50 paisa) then also they dont give the proper answer.they are telling this data downloading is like that only then only u can get the speed like that. iwas made cross question in that .so he told me please wait I will transfer this call to my senior then I was wait for more than 10 minutes no response then the call disconnected automatically.for this customer care I spent my money more than 5 Rupees.
So Please dont buy this product .
Iam totally disappointed.
The customer care persons are very very worst.
