I took a Airtel 3G data-card on 18th Dec, at the time of taking the device they promised me that the device will be activated with in 24Hrs. It has been more than 72Hrs, still the device is not activated, If I try to contact the person from whom I bought the device, but he never responds to my calls.
Regarding the same I talked to Airtel Customer Cars also, they took a complaint and the complaint will be resolved in 4 working days.
I don’t understand, why they promise customer that they will activate it in 24Hrs which they don’t do, and they need 4 days to rectify the issue why is it not happening.
So friends, Please be careful while choosing Airtel 3g Data card. Ofcourse this is my personal opinion only.
