I am following on this for the last one month and its not yet resolved, what kind of service is this from Airtel.

I have taken this connection from one of the Airtel distributors in Bangalore with the name Sri Sai Distributor. The Airtel 4G dongle does not work on any of the laptops and got some major software compatible issues, I tried contacting the sales person whose mobile is always switched off or not reachable, called the # on the cash bill, someone assured me to resolve the issue but nothing has been done till now, finally I have filed two complaints with Airtel which are closed saying my mobile is not reachable but the fact is no one has called me till now.
This is the worst service expected by Airtel. They are selling fake dongles which dont work and now they will start charging the bill as well, can someone help me to resolve this issue, I want the dongle to be replaced or complete refund of my money.
