I got 3G data card with 450 post paid plan that comes with 2 GB of 3G and then 3paisa per 10KB. All of a sudden on 13th I was not able to connect to internet, error was could not connect to the server, port closed. I called up service center and they kept on saying, call 12134, or 121, or this number that number. After few calls I got an educated person talking to me and he said my unbilled amount is 7000+ and that is why my connection is closed.
I was asked to pay 800 and to get the connection active again. I did that, and also requested to change the plan to unlimited to that no restriction applies. But nothing changed, again I started calling the customer care guys, same story, call this number call that number, who told you to pay 800, you should have paid 1000, blah blah blah.
i told how can the bill be 7000? then I was explained that this is not the billed amount, billed amount will be less as my plan is 450. NOw its been 4 days and I am still not able to use my connection. No one tells me why my plan is also not changed and and if I ask, its the backend team. Your request is in process funny.. looks like some uneducated people are kept to just make the customer frustrated. I also asked to disconnect my connection and I was told that I can not raise a request untill you pay 7000. I am so stuck with Airtel 3G data card. More over most of the time 3G is slow as network in my area is not good. 70% of time it does not connect to WCDMA.
Airtel, I get same data card with better plan from other service providers but went with Airtle assuming that customer service will be better, but I am really disappointed. I am not sure when can I get my internet working again and when will the plan change to unlimited. I am so stuck now as I have paid 800 and also its been just 1 month I took the connections and hence I still remember that I paid and amount to get the data card too.
