First of all, thanks to all for posting your reviews...it really helped me a lot to buy this peace of mind....
I was a victim of dish tv "Thoda wish karte raho...dish kabhi mut lo". I asked dish tv guys to install the instrument because I was relocated from HYd to bangalore. I chased them for correct 1 month but those buggers didn’t turn up their head. Everytime I call and use to get 48 hrs resolution time. Then I read abut Airtel DTH reviews.... So decided to buy it.
I won’t write all those things that have been previously mentioned. It worked exactly what has written in reviews.
I think I bought a peace of mind in a single day.
The quality of picture seems to be good than dish tv.... (it looks like that for me)
The sound quality also good I checked in 5.1 channel
The channel change is not that frequent..its same as dish tv...sound comes first then picture.
Remote is stylish.
AIRTEl should work to include max. channels. I had to sacrifice HBO for 250/- p.m pack (i.e. North Mega package)
Cust. care is polite.
I think overall its 9 out of 10 points.
So, no need to think twice if you want to buy DTH.
