My Airtel DTH account number is 3008695033.
For every 2-3 months, i get an error code on my TV. Service guy comes and collects minimum Rs.150 for any configuration. If any part is to be replaced, it costs Rs.250. Once, I faced rude behavior with one of the service guys i.e He came to my house, sat on our bed by leg one on another started asking in high pitch.
I complained the same to customer care, these guys took one month to send Sorry message.
So indirectly these people are supporting this type of service persons who are rude, impolite, careless and in descent. PFA files for reference.
Once I made a complaint for error code, service guy called at 9:30 AM and I updated that post 11:30 AM I will not be in my home.Service person didnt come to my home. On the same day I requested to send service engineer on next sunday as I will be free only on Sundays. But from next day i.e from Monday to Saturday, daily I was getting 3-4 calls and asking Is your issue resolved, shall I send service engineer to house now?
Got irritated! So much and blasted one for calling number of times. Worst part is they couldnt send the engineer within and torturing customer again and again. So there is huge communication gap among themselves and torturing customers. That is why looking to shift other DTH whose customer service is good and decent enough.
