Yes brother I want share with you my own experience with airtel digital tv I am using it since 3 year ago. when I faced many more problem therefore I was band the service of the this companey in my home and before 3 years to now I am using dishtv hd .
facing problem:-
1 st to all after bought this airtel digitasl tv I requet to the fitting but they say fitting service is not available its takes extra charges so I said ok I given you to extra charges . after that he send a mechanic to fitting that and he fit that his taken extra 700 rs . I was used free service for three month we continius watching the program every days but one day the weather is not good and that day but I want to seen my fav . wwe at evining time than I found that say error 36 I dont understan the error so I think to call customer care but first tyr is wested they cant recieved my call and tray again more then 4 time when call is connected to the help the said it is the weather problem I am very disipointed that time.after clean weather I got it given the baad picture quality so again mechanic they takken 700rs . there was goood I countinue waching after one moths then 4 th month his remote is broke that was not work the coorect key so I changed that again they takken 300 rs and after 1 yers first time was my setup box was brokken and there was no picture visble or sound when I gone repaire center they said change it and I was changed that .
but again I found the picture quality of that new setup box is veery baad like cable connection and also sound quality .but I faced that and used that 1 years aafter 2 years that is again broken .but it now I could not change I was change the airtel digital tv to dish tv hd.
it has my all experiece with airtel digital tv .
