I have purchased through Airtel online store, it’s been 7 days but there is no update. When ever I called to CC, they are disconnecting the calls or keeping me on hold for more then 15 to 20 mins. So, solution even at least proper answer. The people who are working there have no idea of difference between mail id and website id. they gave me a mail id and asking me to open the link and cancel the transaction. Always they are asking for 30 mins to install but its been more than 100*30mins but there is no progress.
Requesting you all, please go for any other service / approach local dealer. Do not go for Airtel site. It will be assigned to the team from vertex group where no one have any idea. The worst service I have ever seen in my life. Please be careful before making payment in online.
