AIRTEL DTH really sucks

Not necessary to explain their service as the below mail thread explains it all as what is happening for the past 2 weeks. This will really give you the exact picture on their service. Better don’t shed your money AIRTEL DTH seriously. Look in for other options.


I really dunno what is happening with this case. It has become a practice to me of sending mail daily and receiving no calls from you guys. I guess I am wasting my time over here asking you people to rectify the issue apart from me shedding 2500 Rs on the AIRTEL DTH connection.


I guess I should make up my mind that I had donated 2500 Rs to AIRTEL Charity Trust. Seriously guys I am pissed off completely with your service. At least there was no call from your side for this many mails I send.

Hi,


I didn’t hear anything regarding the same from Airtel team till now.


Out of 300 channels subscribed for the past 7 days I am able to view only


30 channels.


I dunno when I am really going to get the full service.

Hi,


I am really fed up today with the airtel DTH service. I was using TATA sky service but for quality sake I changed to airtel and now I am regretting


deeply for this. Let me list the problems I faced in these 2 days after installation.


[Not a able to log in complaint or get solution for a simple problem]




  1. Unable to speak to the customer executive I select the options and it lands in saying "Please send an SMS CALL to 54325.




  2. Unable to view any of my channels , all the channels are getting strucked[Like when there CD pbm the image strucks like that]. This problem i






explained to the customer executives and in the process the call gets hunged up for no reason. This has happened for 5 times. which means every 10th time I will


at last get the executive talking and the executive asks me to do the steps like "switch off the set top box blah blah" and it gets hanged up after


sometime.




  1. At the time of connection I was asked by the dealer to recharge for 750 and I recharged it for 750 as per the instructions in the manual but only 700




got debited in my account and there was no call from airtel regarding the activation. I contacted the dealer he was kind enough to get the people


soon inline and get it done as promised.


This is all just to elucidate you all as that my ride fo 2 days with airtel digital TV is really horrible and really regret on my decision. Hoped the


same good service as in mobile but realized that it is something else. I really don’t appreciate comparison as everyone are good in their own stuff but


sorry to say that I have not even faced any single problem with my 18 months of tata sky service. The day I started this, composure is getting lost.


My connection details[doesn’t matter to AIRTEL as I had already shed 2500
