I feel cheated with Airtel DTH.
On the airtel DTH website. after logging into my account, there are several ways to add new channels. However whenever I try to remove any channel, the site always shows up an error message.
On calling customer care - they make the calls on hold for very long periods.
I end up spending on 5 to 6 premium sms cost just to add a single channel.
In all, there are many ways to add a new channel, BUT the ways to remove any channel has been kept hidden. this is no ethical way of doing business.
I truely feel cheated. and regret choosing airtel
