My Name is Anirudh Bharti, I have booked Airtel DTH(South value sports) pack on 3rd Nov 2015 here is the ref.no 47934528 . The technical was supposed to install the airtel digital TV ID(3017949614) around 5.30 p.m but he didn’t turned up when I tried to call him back He simply didn’t pick my call . The Very next day I registered a complaint in airtel customer care they promised me that they are going to set up yesterday but again it got postponed. Today again they did the same thing the techinician as usual refused to pick my call here is his number(+91 8520948908) when I called the customer care they came with same old excuse. I am fedup with this stuff and finally have decided not to take airtel dth connection. These guys make false promises like airtel dth will be installed in 4 hours of request but reality is different.
I request you people not to go for airtel dth better take Tata SKY, Videocon DTH or Dish TV. I wasted my 4 days and my office hours because of these idiots
