The customer care executives https://m.mouthshut.com/airtel rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@airtel digital TV customer care centre are not aware of the product i.e, dish TV and also if we call to customer care for new connection they will send one link to pay online to give more offers. please dont get cheated to this offers. if you pay online at the end you will get payment unsuccessful and money will deducted from your account. so be careful. And also that payment they wont receive and bank people will say that merchant was authorized.
I face this situation couple times amount of 2290.00 with the banks HDFC and SBI. Till the payment done airtel people will keep on calling to us. but once payment is done they will say for installation it will take 48 hours. They cant say even the status of our booking id. That much educated people working in Airtel. They will keep on forwarding our call to somebody else. they will put on hold for 2 mins - 15 mins.
The number 18605006500 is chargeable number. So please dont get cheated these people have no proper knowledge of dish TV.
I dont know how to raise a complaint in consumer forum regarding this. Please give info abut consumer form complaints if anybody is aware....
