I took Airtel DTH connection one week back. Picture quality is good, but for every 2 minutes it is loosing signal. For every two min blank screen is coming and it takes 5 seconds to resume. And for every 15 min error code 11 is displaying on screen. If we called customer care for this problem they are asking us to switch off and on again. We lodged two complaints for this issue. But these problems was not resolved. One technical guy visited and done some changes but even then the problem persists. We are fed up with the issues. Because of these issues watching TV is becoming like going to hell.
If this problem continues we will log a complaint in Consumer court.
