I’m subscriber of Airtel DTH under Customer ID 3005501660 from Bangalore. Airtel fraudsters have suddenly removed lot of channels - English news channels without any intimation. I complained to customer service thrice since yesterday. They have not registered the complaint telling the package is changed. My complaint is yet to be resolved.
I’m paying 250/month rental but not getting the channels that I have opted for. We will lose the initial deposit when we disconnect the connection.
