picture quality amazingly goodSound quality also with highier bit rate as I feel clarity with high frequency tones and sub base frequencies
Cons:STB is not durable and goes faulty frequentlyEven I used Airteh DTH SD. the STB got faulty after 1 year and they askd me to pay 500/- for repair. WORST PART ABOUT AIRTEL IS THAT THEY DONT HAVE SERVICE CENTRES IN MANY CITIES AND IN THESE AREAS THE DEALERS LOOT PEOPLE WITH HIGH INSTALLATION CHARGE, HIGH REPAIR CHARGE AND AIRTEL HAS NO CONTROL OVER IT.
i complained to public grievence cell of DOT which all of you should use. inke baap se inko danda padta hai ye tabhi kaam karte hain. YOU CAN CHECK MY COMPLAIN NUMBER DOTEL/E/2010/07480 ON BELOW WEBSITE.

that resulted in free replacement of STB with a repaired old STB once and refund of service outage time. After wards it again got faulty in 2 months. The customer service was as pathetic as always. They than said that there is no warranty and you will have to pay 500 again.
