Bought Airtel DTH on net as it has three things better than Tata Sky
better remote(can sync your tv remote as well)
MPEG 4 technology(vs MPEG 2)
Cheaper on overall basis than Tata Sky
However, due to problem with their satellite direction vs installiation issues at my society, the connection could not be installed. Line engineering duly sent me a no Line of sight report ofr refund. All well till this stage.
Now to get the actual refund credited, I have already sent 3 emails and 2 times called on call centre. The lady on the phone which I manage to reach after 15mins of waiting on phone, Nazia picks up and tells me that she can’t help and hangs up the phone instead to trying to redirect it to the relevant prson
I never got a chance to view Airtel DTH, but its pretty bad on customer service for sure.
