I do not often write reviews but I had to this time. No option for me. These people are nothing but THIEVES, GOONS GUNDAS and what not..
Once you get the airtel dth installed, its all up to you and its all YOUR FAULT and your BAD LUCK that some fault cropped up with your set top box or your DISH. They are just GUNDAAS.
I have two TV’s at my home both with Airtel DTH (which I installed just about 10 days back).
both are not working since 7 days( they worked only for 3 days).
It says no signal so I called up the customer care about 6 days back, they gave me a number of the engineer and that is all they can do under any circumstances.Everyday I call up the engineer he says that he would visit by evening 7pm and he never does, when we call in the evening he keeps disconnecting the phone, and the same story repeats the next day. Have been complaining about this to AIRTEL customer care and all he says is " k yahi number hai humaare paas to ", and when I asked that do you have just one engineer for entire west delhi, he said " mujhe nahi pata, number to yahi hai humaare paas, issi se baat kijiye" . MOREOVER when I said ye tum log galat kar rahe ho customers k saath . to which he answered . " aapka DTH thk hone mei thode din lag gayee to kya hua . aapko jo karna hai kar lijiye . time to lagega he."
I was in the deepest shock that in todays age . it has been 7 days and the same story has been going on . and there is nothing at all that I can do . because all of them are together . RUDE and bloody GUNDAS . they say " JO KARNA HAI KAR LIJIYE ".
GREAT AIRTEL .keep going like this.
I will beg all of you to NEVER buy AIRTEL I would feel satisfied if I could save atleast 5-10 prospective customers.
