Guys please don’t go for Airtel DTH as they are capable of resolving any issues arisen and service is outsourced to a 3rd party. I am planning to take them to consumer court for taking me through the ride.

I have been raising multiple complaints from the first or second week of April 2018 and your Service Engineer visited more than 3 times but unable to resolve the issue.
I had been repeatedly raising a complaint to close connection as your team FAILED to resolve the issue as every time Sr Engineer is saying to replace one or the other equipment. Also, your Engineers are not qualified to resolve the issue and I’m damn sure they will not be able to do in future as your entire Airtel team did not accept my below challenge, it showed you are not capable of resolving the issue.
Although your team was offering to credit STB replacement amount in my Airtel DTH account I said below in my 3rd complaint instead of taking you money & replacing.
“Replace the equipment, if the issue is resolved I will pay the amount in 1 week after testing for 1 week. None of them agreed”.
1st Complaint: Charged service charge & LNB(150+160 Rs)
2nd Complaint: Serviced & Adaptor: I denied to pay demanded service charge and paid only 350 rs for an adaptor.
3rd Complaint: Engineer visited and asked to replace STB when I cross-questioned he was not able to give justification that issue lies in STB. This again clarifies me he is not sure on the actual issue and you guys are forcing customers unnecessarily to replace one or the other equipment and charge the customer for no fault of us. Why didnt your engineer identify the correct issue and resolve in one go them multiple?
I am not willing to go further for the FACT that you will end up replacing all parts provided by Airtel, I will end up paying more than new connection and still issue will not be resolved. There is no doubt that at last, you will say TV HAS TO BE REPLACED.
With all the inconvenience caused to me and after replacing parts since the issue is not resolved. This clarifies 100% the issue was not lying in either STB or Adaptor but something else.
I want a refund for the parts(you can take parts), service charges and account balance from my 1st complaint date.
The reason, you did not resolve the issue and you will not be able to. I am not able to use DTH to its efficiency from the complaint date. I am no more interested in continuing your service and would like to switch to other subscribers.
