Hi friends today I will write about airtel digital tv I was realy disappointed with this airtel product
It is picture quality and sound quality is not bad picture quality is good
Yes I write about airtel services and products are much price than other products
Customer support is very bad ones day my dth service is stope because due to insufficient balance .ok I will recharch it 285rs from net banking mony are deduct from my account but recharch is not done .
Then I will call customer care it’s will attend my phone so long time around 25 minor and it’s suggest me totally wrong that day I recharge around 585rs but it not sucksess I will again call them and said all story then he will chake bank trn id many many .
It’s solution it recharge my id 50rs then start servce customer suggest totally wrong . I will comment it’s senior officer that time
It’s worth not value far mony high cost of service
