Airtel DTH is absolutely the most pathetic service. Zero Customer Care. I paid 5000 rupees on April 30 for 1 year package. Yet they have stopped services saying "Your account is suspended due to low balance". Every day I contact Customer Care, they give me a complaint number.
They say we will speak to our supervisor. You will get a call from our official." But till date they have not attended my complaint. I even requested them to disconnect and return my money. But they don’t do that either. It’s been 3 months. I want to go to consumer court or serve a legal notice to them.
