A nice and cheerful Hello, have not been online as was busy shiftng to Bangalore.
so the title will give you a fair idea as to what airtel means to a consumer, bullshit specialy in bangalore.
weather its their mobile connection or DTH services, please find below mentioned fact report I am facing after I purchased an Airtel DTH HD connection in Bangalore.
1) Poor service, to collect the money they had taken only 20 Mins from the time I called their customer care, for actuall connection they took more than 4 days that too after a lot of followup.
2) the package promised and Rs250/- cashback not given, coustmer care no use calling they make you wait for almost 30 mins and then reply " We are sorry for the inconvienc and checking"
3) The limited HD channels has so poor audio that you can hardly hear whereas in the regular advertisement they boost of 5.1 digital sound output and clear picture, all is a lie.
4) Nothing such was reported when I enquried about the HD setop box when I purchased it via airtel customer care, whereas now on contacting the customercare they have confirmed that there is a problem in their set-top box for HD channels and they donot know when will it get resolved.
they are just sorry!
behavior of AIrtel people is like Prostitutes just sell their stuff and good bye.
