According to my experience Remote system is slow. airtel digital tv change the channel very slowly. some time when we press button many time to change channel fastly it hang. its is very irritating. in this dish tv and tata sky is best. they change channel very fastly.
airtel tv customer care services are good . they try there level best to resolve the problem. sound quality is nice. picture quality is also good.
